At DW Padel, we believe the best way to create outstanding padel venues is to understand them from the inside out. That is why we invested in our own fully operational showroom, built not only to showcase the quality of our courts and products, but to experience every stage of opening and operating a padel centre ourselves.
This was not approached as a contractor-only exercise. We took it on as owners, operators, and investors. From securing the right space through to logo design, branding, and website development, the entire project was brought to life by our in-house team alongside the trusted suppliers we recommend to our clients.
The showroom has now successfully opened as a public pay-and-play venue under the Padel Mews concept and is already demonstrating strong ROI.
The facility has been designed to operate as an almost fully automated venue, with minimal day-to-day management required. Through the use of enhanced CCTV systems, the MATCHi booking platform, and integrated smart door access control, the centre runs efficiently with very little manual oversight. Daily operations are streamlined to skeleton staff, focused only on basic cleaning and restocking essentials, such as the automated coffee station. This lean operational model plays a key role in maximising profitability and overall return on investment.
This proof of concept allows us to live the day-to-day realities of running a padel centre, giving us genuine insight into what players want, what operators need, and how to deliver the best possible experience.
